An excellent grappa from the warm Italy, a grappa with a name that has been known for centuries for its clean and clear taste. Once created to defy the cold in northern Italy, and since then, it has increasingly profiled itself to an A-brand with a lasting consequence. The tastes are difficult to describe and only indicate that many tastes due to the ripening of oaks have linger in the graph. So wood, cherries and aromas of different herbs.
